Universal Certificate of Authenticity (UCoA) is a conceptual artwork by the artist Mathieu Briand of a digital standardization of certification for goods who need to be authenticated. UCoA is operated exclusively by the u-coa.com website.
As such , UCoA (Universal Certificate of Authenticity) and u-coa.com website are intellectual artworks of the artist Mathieu Briand. Mathieu Briand enjoys on these artworks an exclusive right of intellectual property and opposable to all.

User Accounts

- UCoA/Mathieu Briand will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your User Account.
- You may control your User profile and how you interact with the Site by changing the settings in your account page.
By providing UCoA/Mathieu Briand your email address, you consent to our using the email address to send you Site-related notices, including any notices required by law. We may also use your email address to send you other messages. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your account page.
If you choose to be anonymous, UCoA/Mathieu Briand will not know your identity and your User Account. UCoA/Mathieu Briand will generate a random vault log-in key that you will use to access your collector User Account instead of collecting your email address or other contact information. For that reason, you acknowledge and agree that UCoA/Mathieu Briand will be unable to reset your password or otherwise assist you in accessing your collector User Account; and loss of your collector User Account credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your collector User Account.

However, UCoA/Mathieu Briand cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

UCoA/Mathieu Briand may exercise the rights to your User Content granted under this Agreement without liability for payment of any guild fees, residuals, payments, fees, or royalties payable under any collective bargaining agreement or otherwise.
To the best of your knowledge, all your User Content and other information that you provide to us is truthful and accurate.

We may, without prior notice, change the Site; stop providing the Site or features of the Site, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Site. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Site without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. UCoA/Mathieu Briand shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.
